I don't have diabetes.. but one of my friends with type 1 diabetes was mentioning how she exercises regularly because she knows it's possible to have both type 1 and type 2 diabetes.. and type 1 on its own is already hard enough to handle, together with insulin resistance would be quite a challenge!
