Diabetes is not a disease. It can be cured if you change your diet. I cured myself by not eating any carbohydrate food for three months. Now I am on LCHF (low carb high fat) diet. It is very simple. Why are all the doctors and experts still telling everyone that there is no cure for diabetes ? I hope more people can share their success stories here.

Yes you're right. I use now LCHF for 4 month and reduce the weight 8kg and nearly get normal with blood sugar. Singapore doctors still running on the government recommendation to eat carbs and avoid fat. I use "https://www.dietdoctor.com" for my success.
